Right now we are looking for a Head chef and one Pizzaiolo starting as soon as possible. And for the summer we will increase our team further with seasonal chefs. Apart from a restaurant we also run have a bakery, a small hotell a ceramic and yoga studio do parties and more.

We are known for our warm atmosphere and commitment to quality. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experience and we are currently seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen. The kitchen is centered around our wood fired Pizza oven.

Job description:
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu creation to staff management. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong culinary background and a proven track record of running a successful kitchen. 
You are a positive, kind and structured leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role 
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling 
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation 
- Design and implement creative and seasonal menus 
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations 
- Control food costs and manage inventory effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team 
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

HELLO PIZZAIOLO!

We are looking for a experienced Pizzaiolo who knows how to work a wood fired Pizza oven. You should have atleast one year of confirmed experience.

Job description:
-Preparation and baking pizzas
-Ensure that pizzas are prepared and maintaining a high quality
-Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in the kitchen and following current routines and guidelines for food safety
-Collaborate with kitchen manager and colleagues to pass on smooth operations and effective communication within the team

What We Offer:
- 30 - 40 hours/ week starting as soon as possible. Saluary according to collective agreement. Fulltime during high season in the summer.

HELLO SEASONAL CHEFS!

We are looking for chefs and pizzaiolos to increase our team for the summer season.
From beginning of June to mid August. You will be a part of a busy venue with a big Summerteam. Our restaurant moves outside to our big garden and we can welcome hundreds of guests in one day. The atmosphere is varm and welcoming, simple but delicious.

You are:
-Kind, patient, efficient and experienced as a chef with a positive mindset.

What We Offer:
- 40 hours/ week June- mid August. Saluary according to collective agreement
